We love chips here, we think they offer up the humble potato at its best; all they are fast, tasty and fresh - just what are all about :)

LOW 'n' SLOW

Some of the best flavours, textures and ways of giving food 'power' is to cook for a loonnngggg time on a low heat.. Marinating for a number of hours prior to a long cook at low temperatures - hey presto - Power Pork, that can be pulled apart, melting and fusing with flavours that give rise to our popular Pulled Pork dishes..

Is BBQ food on a campsite like selling sand to the Eskimo's? NOT AT ALL

We realise that the BBQ is a staple food and method of the camp cook so we have gone four steps further.. We make our own sauces, we use only the best ingredients, we utilise subtle smoking techniques to enhance flavour and try to offer menu items that satisfy the BBQ-lust whilst bringing a fresh approach.
